Real estate websites can be EASY, quick and affordable:
Our real estate web designs are carefully constructed to make it
simple for anyone to create a great website. Review the following:
You don't have to know about page design to produce
the pages you need!
All you have to do is change the standard text we provide to YOUR
words! Just highlight the text and type over it. If desired, you can
change the photos, but most of them are just attractive "sample"
images, so you should be able to leave them, too.
Each page layout is designed for use with the topic of the
page itself in mind. For example, the "Open House Details" page
contains sections for all the relevant info a prospective buyer
might need to see before he/she will make a decision to visit the
Open House. (Click
here to see one of these pages.)
Study the Site Map of one of the templates - you'll find
virtually every topic a real estate website could use, plus plenty
of information gathering forms AND user-information pages. (Click
here to see one of the real estate template's Site Maps!)
Get your real estate website up quickly!
Don't try to produce the whole website before you start reaping
the benefits of having one! Take a couple of evenings and produce
about twelve pages, then publish your site.
Choose the most basic pages, such as the Home Page, Contact
Us, About Us, Newest Listings, Home of the Month, Buyer Form, Seller
Form, Relocation Form, Moving Tips, Real Estate Services,
Mortgage Financing, and either Home Buying Tips or Links and
Resources, for user information areas... Keep the Site Map
(modified to show the pages you're using) and Join Our Mailing
List! - but there's little if anything to do with these pages.
Delete out all the other pages, leaving the image files alone.
Using this tactic, you can simply use your "Zip" file and extract
the pages you want to add back in later - as long as the image files
are intact, the pages will pick up all the original data and be
ready to use!
After you get your website up and running, you can take a page or
two and produce them on a regular basis. Your website WILL need to
offer a lot of information to your visitors, but you can take this
on a little at a time...
