For example, when you are working with clients, you may spend weeks searching through home listings to find prospective homes for them. Then you need to call them to tell about the listing, often investing valuable time playing telephone-tag.

Why not set up a subdomain for each client and then post possible listings with the information and comments you know will help them? Add more photos than the typical listing provides... Tell them about the school district or other information they normally ask you for...

This area can work two ways - instead of letting the client "wander" and possibly contact another Realtor about a "great" home they spotted, you can password-protect this area and let them input information that you can then act on!

Builders can post daily photos on the client's area, keeping the client informed about the progress their home building is making. Conversely, the client can review the progress and quickly relay information about changes or modifications they want, before it becomes a big poblem!
