Your template comes with at least 1, if not 5-15 style sheets. (Depending on the number of color schemes and if it includes the holiday CSS files)

Changing the colors is as simple as replacing the color hex code to the one you desire. To find Hex codes there are two programs that we recommend:

ColorCop - An nice little program that allows you to "steal" the colors from any thing on your computer or the net. It then converts those colors into the RGB and HEX numbers for you. It also gives you a few other "complementary colors", so you will not have to worry about clashing and mismatched coloring schemes. - This program is free to use.

JASC/Corel PaintShopPro - A superb graphics program that we use for all our images. It also allows you to get the HEX and RGB numbers for ANY color. - This program is free for 30 days and then you must pay for it, however it is WELL worth the cost to own it!

Adding the MLS listings to your website is not difficult, although we do recommend that you add a few of your own listings either by hand or with another real estate listing service. Here is how you add MLS:

Pick the spot in your template where you would like them to be displayed. Go into the "Code" view of that page and put in:

You can change width and height to fit into your site. Replace the "****PLACE LINK HERE****" with your MLS code.

The graphic program we use is Jasc (now Corel) PaintShopPro. This program is simple yet extremely powerful. As long as you follow the sizes of the current pictures, editing images is easy.

In some cases the templates contain more complex images, such as: "Cut-Outs", collages and things of that nature. In this case you can either use a simpler image, or you can contact our design team to see about getting the image YOU want. Click here for more information...

Try to determine what's missing in the web designs you've looked at. Is it the right colors, or graphics? Or do you have a "look" that you want and can't find?

The most important element to focus on is the general "look" and layout elements - for example, do you want a design that fits the entire window, or one that is a fixed width in the center or on the side of the window? Where do you want your main graphics - at the top, on the side or placed more randomly? Do you have a unique logo that you want on your website - will the design accommodate it?
